Job Summary: As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. You will oversee our customer database, manage customer communication channels, and collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and security.
• Create targeted marketing campaigns and communication plans to engage customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure consistent customer interactions.
• Implement CRM software and tools to streamline processes and data management.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CRM Manager or in a related customer-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Results-driven with a passion for enhancing customer experiences.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
